Most entrepreneurs start their own business with a burning desire to change the world or develop the latest product or service that will provide both job security and financial independence. But for me, it was Family.
I had a good job, working for a great company, managing a large customer portfolio that spanned over 7 states. I had worked hard to climb the corporate ladder and seemed to be on the fast track to fulfilling my dream of one day running a large company. Unfortunately, life on the road began to take its toll on my family. I was heading down a dangerous path and I knew I needed to change course. When I learned that our family would soon be expanding, I felt a sense of urgency to restructure my priorities. Needing a healthier balance between work and family, I began to explore opportunities that would keep me closer to home while allowing me to incorporate my extensive janitorial experience and passion for the service industry.
In 2010, I founded Regional Carpet Care with the vision of taking a fresh approach to commercial floor care. Our mission is to be an industry leader in commercial floor care and set the standard for quality, professionalism and sustainable practices. More importantly, we seek to build a God-honoring company that is committed to service excellence, providing the best quality for our customers while developing our greatest resource, our people.
