The last time I had my carpet cleaned it seem to re-soil faster and stains reappeared. Why?

Do you move furniture?
Small items can be moved side to side. For liability reasons and the safety of our technicians, we do not move large items, breakables or electronics.
I had my carpet cleaned by another company and it took days to dry. How long will this take?
With Regional Carpet Care, you can expect your carpet to be dry in 4-8 hours.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
We ask that you thoroughly vacuum all areas to be cleaned and move any breakables and furniture you would like moved.
What about pet stains and odors?
We offer advanced pet enzyme treatments and deodorization for an additional charge.
Our technicians use a special UV light to inspect for pet stains and other biological contaminants to determine appropriate treatment. Our technicians will discuss your options prior to cleaning.
While these treatments are optional, declining recommended treatments will void our 30 day guarantee in the affected area.
How often should my carpet be cleaned?
Carpet manufacturers require your carpet to be cleaned every 12-18 months to maintain their warranty.
While frequency is determined based on personal preference, use and traffic. Having your carpet cleaned every 6-12 months will extend the life of the carpet and create a healthier environment for you and your family.
